With over 20 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, Rachel Miller, MA, BCBA, LBA brings a compassionate, collaborative, and child-centered approach to her work. She earned her master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University and specializes in play-based ABA therapy that supports meaningful learning through joy, connection, and trust. Rachel has extensive experience working with children of all ages and across all levels of ability, tailoring intervention to meet each child’s unique needs.
Her professional background includes working as a BCBA in clinic-based ABA centers, serving as a travel BCBA, and leading teams as a regional director for in-home ABA programs. Rachel is highly regarded for her strong emphasis on parent training, empowering caregivers with practical tools and confidence, and for her commitment to coordinating care with speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators, and medical providers to ensure comprehensive, well-aligned support.

Ashley Hudson earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Russell Sage College and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Ashley Hudson earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Russell Sage College and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She brings over sixteen years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan—from pediatrics through adulthood—with autism spectrum disorder and a variety of developmental and behavioral diagnoses.
Ashley is known for her compassionate, collaborative approach and her commitment to helping individuals and families build meaningful, lasting skills. She has a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and Functional Behavior Assessment, with expertise in developing individualized behavior support plans tailored to each person’s unique needs.
In addition to her direct work with clients, Ashley has extensive experience training and supporting parents, caregivers, and direct care professionals. She focuses on creating practical, effective strategies that can be carried across home, school, work, and community environments to promote consistency and long-term success.
Ashley joined Glow Forward ABA in January 2026 as a BCBA, where she continues to support individuals and families with dedication, empathy, and a focus on improving quality of life.
